I know how it feels to rush through each day on autopilot, never taking any time to breathe, relax, or take care of your own needs. Visiting my first spa was a serious turning point in my life. It was a birthday gift, and I wasn't keen to go. I thought I had so many more important things to do! However, the feeling of freedom, peace, and well-being I felt after that first visit changed my mind.
